The Functions of the Grievance Redressal Cell are:
- To rectify all kinds of grievances
- To receive and analyze the grievances from the student
- To identify the reality of the grievance
- To take the necessary steps for the remedies and bring up to the knowledge of the management, if necessary.
Guiding Rules:
- Anonymous letters will not be considered
- The matter discussed in the committee should be highly confidential
- The committee must take decision with a positive attitude
Record of the grievances received is to be maintained
